Lucky Dragon Creations

20 years ago a cultural exchange with my students in Japan left me with wonderful memories of the Asian community and their respect for elders and teachers. I have been enamored with Asian culture ever since.

Hand painted leather accessories are my specialty, but my original dragon and phoenix laced cuffs, lucky dragon hair bars and picks, mums lotus and phoenix are my signature pieces. I'm fortunate to live near Lancaster Pennsylvania's beading studio Beadworks, and its sister shop, The Gem Den. Both are wonderful resources for my obsession. If I need supplies or just a place to be inspired, I head for these shops where I can immerse myself in learning more about gemstones and enjoy the camaraderie of my fellow Lancaster artists. In addition to leather accessories, I also work with unique polished and raw earth gemstones. I wire wrap select gems and hang them from premium rolled leather, finished chains or braided leather lanyards. I'm also proud to offer faux suede for my vegan and vegetarian customers.
